Qdesk is the email and webform ticketing system, created for customer service teams in mind, enabling seamless collaboration and the delivery of effective and prompt support to your customers.

It’s archived by combination of the proprietary INOQ solution and Bitrix24 task and CRM functionality

With IQdesk you can:

  • Set up by your own email address on which all customer can send their support issues
  • Embed a customizable web form widget on your website. That way, your customers can fill out a form with the details you need and submit their questions.
  • Automatically convert incoming emails and webforms into tickets that are easy to track, monitor, and manage.
  • Manage all tickets in one centralized page
  • Assign ownership: Each inquiry can be assigned as a ticket to a member of your team. They become the owner of the ticket and will be responsible for its course of action.
  • Collaborate to resolve issues faster. With the in-built discussion pane that enables the people looped in to gather context of the customer issue quickly.
  • Register how much time took the solution of a ticket
  • Workflow automations (can be set up) to carry out actions automatically whenever an incoming ticket meets certain conditions. Use powerful Bitrix24 tools: Automation rules and "Workflows" for automating the work with ticketvprocess.
  • Preview tickets data in CRM

IQdesk is available in Polish and English version. You can select the preferred language during the application instalation.

After IQdesk is installed 15-day trial is activated. When your 15-day trial is finished, you can select the most suitable plan for you.

Installation guide in 6 easy steps:


Important before starting the iqdesk installation, you need to create and configure a service funnel in the deal. In the autmatization rules, in the first step, add the creation of a task to each deal.

1. Accept permissions for IQdesk application

The IQdesk activation requires permissions for accessing following tools:

Some of the tools required for the IQdesk App are not installed yet. Please, install them in order to get access to fully functional version:


2.Welcome in IQdesk App creator!

Press “Next’ buttons in order to continue


3.Create your company settings

You may create your own fields, matching your specific needs/requirements or select the field, available in Bitrix24 base.



Press ‘Save’ and “Next’ buttons in order to continue


4.Deal Settings

You may create your own fields, matching your specific needs/requirements or select the field, available in Bitrix24 base.



The ‘ Contact Manager/Request Manager’’ field defines the details of the person handling the service request at this stage.

The “Funnel” field defines the funnel in the Deal module. All incoming service requests will be automatically moved and saved here.

Press the Save button and then the “Next’ button in order to continue with the installation.


5.Outgoing mail settings

Fill the fields in order to create your mail server connection parameters settings for outgoing mail.


  • Use the ‘Server’s name’ field to provide the outgoing mail server address.
  • Use ‘User’ field to create login to the server
  • Use ‘Password” field to create the password for outgoing mail server
  • Use ‘Port’ field to create outgoing server sport. Default setting : 465
  • Use ‘Email address’ field to provide email for outgoing emails.
  • Use the field ‘‘Sender’s NicK’ /name’ to provide the account name for outgoing emails.
6. Incoming mail settings

Fill the fields in order to create your mail server connection parameters settings for ingoing mail.



  • Use the ‘Server’s name’ field( in order) to provide ingoing mail server address.
  • Use ‘User’ field to create login to incoming mail server
  • Use ‘Password” field to create the password for outgoing mail server.
  • Use ‘Port’ field to create outgoing server sport. Default setting : 993
  • Use ‘Email address’ field to provide email for ingoing emails
Use“Save’ button to save your info.
Use ‘Mail Test’ button to run the check for provided parameters
Finally click the ‘Finnish’ button. You are done!/Welcome, you are home!
