Installing the UniTalk application from the Bitrix24.Market

1. In the UniTalk personal cabinet, go to the menu item "Integration", then to the menu item "Bitrix24".

Specify the connection settings in UniTalk — "Domain" your Bitrix24 domain from https:// for example https://mycompany.bitrix24.eu (or http:// in case you have a boxed version of Bitrix and have a problem with SSL certificate) and click "Connect".

The "Saved" notification should appear as a result.

2. Now open the Bitrix24 cabinet and go to the "Market" menu. Enter in the search "UniTalk" and click on the UniTalk application.

3. After that press the "Install" button in Bitrix24.

4. Accept the terms of use of the solution catalog, the terms of the license agreement and privacy policy and click Install.

5. Then go to your UniTalk personal account and reload the page in the browser.

6. Bitrix24 integration settings will be available in the UniTalk personal account. It remains only to specify which internal lines are linked to operators and other integration settings. If the settings do not appear, try deleting the UniTalk application in Bitrix24 and installing it again or contact technical support.
