Your CRM in a spreadsheet — and back. Sheets24 exports leads, deals, contacts, companies, smart processes and products to Excel and Google Sheets, imports spreadsheets into the CRM with a preview, and keeps a Google spreadsheet up to date with your CRM — in real time or both ways.
Google Sheets sync
- Create a Google spreadsheet from any CRM list in one click: choose the fields and a filter (pipeline, stage, responsible person, dates).
- Real-time updates: when a deal or contact changes in the CRM, its row in the spreadsheet is updated within seconds; new records are added, deleted ones removed.
- Import from a sheet: rows from a Google spreadsheet create and modify CRM items by ID, e-mail, phone or any field you choose.
- Two-way sync on a schedule with a conflict rule: "latest change wins", "CRM wins" or "sheet wins". New rows in the sheet become CRM items and get their ID.
- Privacy by design: Sheets24 can open only the spreadsheets it creates or that you pick — not the rest of your Google Drive.
Excel import with preview
- Upload .xlsx or .csv (any delimiter and encoding). Columns are mapped to CRM fields automatically; adjust if needed.
- See before you write: which rows will be created, updated, skipped as duplicates, and which have errors — with the exact reason ("Responsible person: no active employee 'Max Mustermann'", "not an e-mail", "not in the list").
- Find duplicates by ID, e-mail, phone or a custom field (PO number, SKU, external ID). Bulk writing, report in .xlsx.
- Existing phone numbers and e-mails are kept — new ones are added.
Excel export
- Export to .xlsx or CSV with the fields you choose, including custom fields.
- Readable values, not codes: stage and pipeline names, employee names, list values, multiple values, dates as real dates, money with currency in a separate column.
Every field type: lists, multiple fields, dates, money with currency, employees by name, stages by name, yes/no, links to companies and contacts.
Built for volume: 50,000 records export in one go using bulk requests; Google limits are respected automatically.
Interface in English, German and Polish. Hosted in the EU (Germany), GDPR data processing terms are part of our Privacy Policy.
Zusätzliche Bedingungen
- Imports create and modify CRM records after you review the preview. Sheets24 never deletes CRM records.
- Google Sheets features need a Google account (personal or Google Workspace). Only a Bitrix24 administrator can connect Google and configure syncs; any user can export and import Excel files within their CRM permissions.
- Data exported to a Google spreadsheet is visible to everyone you share the spreadsheet with.
- Sheets24 can access only the spreadsheets it creates or that you choose in the Google file picker. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
