Sign HUB

Sign HUB turns any PDF on a record into a legally binding signed document, without
leaving your account and without asking your customers to register or install
anything.

Launch a signature request straight from an automation rule: the signer receives a
personal link by email, verifies their identity with a one-time code, reads the
document and signs it on any device. The signed PDF and its evidence certificate
come back automatically to the record they came from.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Add the "Send to signature" action to an automation rule, or launch it from the
  Sign HUB tab on the record.
2. The signer receives an email with a personal, non-transferable link that expires.
3. Identity is verified with a one-time password (OTP) sent to that address.
4. The signer reads the full document and draws their signature.
5. The signed PDF, sealed and timestamped, is attached back to the record along with
  a traceability certificate.

WHAT EVERY SIGNATURE INCLUDES

- An electronic signature of the signer, backed by email identification, one-time
 password verification, a drawn handwritten signature and explicit consent.
- A qualified electronic seal of the provider (Art. 36 of Regulation (EU) 910/2014,
 eIDAS), issued by a qualified trust service provider on the EU Trusted List.
- An RFC 3161 timestamp embedded in the PAdES signature.
- A traceability certificate recording the declared identity, IP address, date and
 time, SHA-256 hash of the document and every consent accepted.
- Immutable retention of the document and its evidence for a minimum of 5 years.
