API Connector adds three steps to Bitrix24 automation rules and workflows. One step sends deal, lead or smart-process data to any API or webhook and writes the answer straight back into a CRM field — no developer and no custom app needed.
Who it is for: Bitrix24 administrators and integrators who connect the CRM with accounting, delivery, SMS, payment gateways, Google Sheets, n8n, Make or their own services.
What you can do
Security: API keys are stored encrypted and never appear in workflows or exports; only public HTTPS addresses are allowed; code runs isolated from your data; Bitrix24 methods that manage the app, register callbacks, edit users or run batches are blocked, and a workflow cannot restart itself in a loop.

What you can do
- Send data out — call any HTTPS API with the method, headers and JSON body you need; ins ert deal fields with one click.
- Get the answer back — pick values from the response (JSONPath) and save them to CRM fields or pass them to the next step (up to 5 results; lists are supported for For-each loops).
- Call Bitrix24 methods that automation rules don't offer — e.g. search list elements or products by a filter, add a payment, post to a task chat, start another workflow.
- Calculate and transform with a JavaScript Code step that runs in a secure sandbox.
- Wait 1–600 seconds between steps with the Pause step, when the built-in delay is too long.

- Requires automation rules / workflows on your Bitrix24 plan; a Bitrix24 account administrator installs and configures the app.
- Text/JSON responses up to 2 MB; downloading files is not supported — pass the file URL instead.
- Code step: up to 30 seconds, 64 MB memory, 256 KB result; only administrators can edit code. Pause: up to 600 seconds.
- Bitrix24 API calls follow Bitrix24's own rate limits. Interface in English and Vietnamese.
