Closed a deal in Bitrix24? The sale is already in Conta Azul, with no retyping.

When a deal moves to a won stage, in any pipeline, the integration creates the matching document in Conta Azul, the Brazilian ERP for small businesses:

An approved sale, with the deal's products and services and its closing total.
A recurring contract, when the sales rep fills in the contract fields the app adds to your CRM: term in months and billing day.
The customer is matched by CPF/CNPJ or by name, and created if they don't exist yet.
Any product or service missing from the catalog is created on the spot.

Each deal produces exactly one document, even if it is reopened and won again. The deal ID is written to the sale's notes, so you can always trace it back.

To connect, install the app and authorize your Conta Azul account. No spreadsheets, no setup.

Sales closes in the CRM. Finance picks it up in Conta Azul.

Built strictly for companies in Brazil: it relies on CPF/CNPJ, Brazilian invoices and BRL, and support is in Portuguese.

Pricing
The app is free on Bitrix24 Market. It requires an active Conta Azul subscription, purchased separately from Conta Azul (paid external service). Learn more at https://contaazul.com/ (Portuguese only; Conta Azul operates in Brazil only).

Bitrix24 plans the app works on

Supported: Basic, Standard, Professional and Enterprise, with an active Market subscription (Bitrix24 CoPilot + Market).
Supported: Basic Vibe+, Standard Vibe+, Professional Vibe+ and Enterprise Vibe+, which already include Market.
Supported during the Market trial period (Start trial, under My plan), while it lasts.
Not supported: the Free plan, or any paid plan without a Market subscription. Bitrix24 does not enable the REST API on them, and the connection is rejected.
Bitrix24 Cloud only. Bitrix24 Self-hosted edition is not supported in this version.

How it works

One-way integration: Bitrix24 to Conta Azul. Nothing is written back to the CRM.
Only deals are processed. Leads, Bitrix24 invoices and estimates are not.
All pipelines are covered. "Won" means any stage marked as success in Bitrix24.
One document per deal. Editing a won deal does not update the sale; reopening it does not cancel it; winning it again does not duplicate it.
Bitrix24 recurring deals is ignored. To create a contract, use the fields the app adds.
A contract with no term or billing day defaults to 12 months, billed on the 5th of the month.
Deals closed before installation are not imported.

Limitations

One Conta Azul account per Bitrix24 account. Companies with several CNPJs or several Conta Azul accounts must pick one.
Brazilian real (BRL) deals only. Other currencies are rejected.
If the deal total is lower than the sum of its items, the difference becomes a discount on the sale. Shipping is not handled.
A deal with no product rows becomes a single service line named after the deal, and that service is added to your catalog.
Services created by the integration have no tax setup (CNAE, LC 116 item, municipality). Complete them in Conta Azul before issuing an NFS-e.
An existing Conta Azul product without enough stock blocks the sale. Products created by the integration start with the quantity sold in stock.
If a deal fails to become a sale, the integration retries on the deal's next update. No notice is posted on the deal timeline.

Human support: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–7:30 PM Brasília time (UTC-3), i.e. 11:00 AM–3:00 PM and 4:00 PM–10:30 PM UTC.

Response time: first response in real time via chat during these hours. Requests escalated to our technical team are answered within business hours according to severity: urgent, up to 3 hours; high, up to 10 hours; medium, up to 40 hours; low, up to 52 hours.

Installation

Before you start, check that:

Your Bitrix24 account is on a paid plan with a Market subscription. The free plan does not enable the API, and the connection will be rejected. See plans at https://www.bitrix24.com/prices/
You are an administrator of the Bitrix24 account.
You have an active Conta Azul account and sign in with an Administrator profile. Don't have one yet? Learn more at https://contaazul.com/
Each Bitrix24 account connects to a single Conta Azul account. If your company has more than one, choose which one will receive the sales.

Step 1. Install the app in Bitrix24

In your Bitrix24, open Market and search for "Conta Azul".
Click Install and accept the permissions. The app needs CRM access to read won deals and to create the contract fields.

Step 2. Connect your Conta Azul account

Open the Conta Azul app from the Bitrix24 left menu and click Connect.
Sign in to your Conta Azul account and confirm the authorization.
Done. The status changes to Connected.

Prefer to start from Conta Azul? Open the Bitrix24 app page under Apps in Conta Azul and click Connect. You will be taken to the Bitrix24 authorization page, and your Bitrix24 account is detected automatically, with no address to type.

Once connected, the integration is listed under the Connected Apps tab in Conta Azul.

What changes in your CRM

The connection adds three fields to deals. They are only used for contract sales:

Contrato ContaAzul: set to Sim to create a recurring contract instead of a sale |
Vigência do contrato no ContaAzul | 2 to 24 months | Contract term. Empty = 12 months |
Cobrança do ContaAzul | Day 1 to 28, or last day of the month | Monthly billing day. Empty = day 5 |

If a field with the same name already exists in the Bitrix24 account, it is not duplicated. The fields stay in your CRM even if you uninstall the app.

Settings
None. Apart from the authorization in step 2, the app needs no setup. It works across all pipelines, and "won" means any stage Bitrix24 treats as success.

Step 3. Day-to-day use

Make sure the deal lists its products or services in the Products tab and that its currency is Brazilian real (BRL).
Selling by contract? Fill in the three fields in the table above.
Move the deal to a won stage. That's it: the sale or contract is created in Conta Azul.
In Conta Azul, the sale appears under Sales, with the deal ID in its notes. Contracts appear under Contracts.

How to disconnect

From Conta Azul: open Bitrix24 under Apps and click Disconnect. To reconnect, just connect again.
From Bitrix24: uninstall the app. The connection is closed in Conta Azul immediately.
