WhatsApp by XRE brings your WhatsApp numbers into Bitrix24. Each number becomes an Open Channel, so your team answers WhatsApp chats right in Bitrix24, with the CRM item, chat history and queues in one place.
Who is it for?
Sales and support teams that receive many customer messages on WhatsApp: real estate, tourism, healthcare, education, e-commerce. Companies with several numbers and agents who want to see who handles which chat and how fast customers get an answer.
What does it solve?
WhatsApp chats scattered across phones are collected in Bitrix24. Every message is linked to a lead or contact automatically, no chat gets lost, and managers follow everything from one screen.

• Installing the app is free. Every connected number gets a 7-day free trial.
• After the trial, each number requires a license: 15 USD per number per month, with 10% off for 3 months, 20% off for 6 months and 35% off for 12 months. Prices are shown on the Billing tab before payment.
• Payment is made from the Billing tab by bank transfer or with a license code. AI features are included in the price.
Requirements and limitations
• Installation and setup require Bitrix24 administrator rights; Open Channels must be available on your plan.
• A WhatsApp account on a phone is required for each number. The number connects as a linked device (like WhatsApp Web), and the phone needs to be online occasionally to keep the link active.
• WhatsApp by XRE is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. Follow WhatsApp's rules; bulk unsolicited messaging can lead to account restrictions by WhatsApp.
• WhatsApp voice and video calls cannot be placed from Bitrix24 with this connection type; the "Call" menu opens the chat in WhatsApp Web or the WhatsApp desktop app.
• Business hours for the AI assistant and report delivery times use the UTC+3 time zone.
• The interface is available in English and Turkish.
