WhatsApp PHP Cortex connects your Bitrix24 to PHP CORTEX, the WhatsApp platform by PHP Business Advisors, so your sales pipeline can talk to customers on WhatsApp without anyone leaving the CRM.

Features

• Automation robot named PHP Cortex Automation, available in the Automation Rules of any pipeline and any stage.
  
• Triggers that move the deal when WhatsApp activity happens: PHP Cortex - Customer Message and PHP Cortex - Agent Message. Custom triggers created by you in PHP CORTEX also appear in the list with the PHP Cortex prefix.
  
• Free text message or approved official template (WhatsApp Business Platform), chosen inside the robot.
  
• Attachments: image, video, document and location.
  
• Internal note (whisper): a message written only for the team inside the PHP CORTEX conversation, never sent to the customer.
  
• Variables panel: type the equals sign in the message field and pick fields from the Deal, the Contact and the Company to personalize the text.
  
• Business hours and time zone of the connection are respected. Anything outside the window waits in the queue instead of being lost.
  
• Message Queue tab: shows the robot messages waiting for spacing between sends or for the business hours window to open.

Where each thing is configured

Inside Bitrix24 the app has five tabs: Overview, Message Queue, Report, App guide and Help. The operational setup - which WhatsApp connection to use, field mapping, user mapping, service queue and business hours - is done inside PHP CORTEX, on the Integrations screen. This keeps one single place of truth for your WhatsApp operation.

Requirements

• An active PHP CORTEX account with at least one WhatsApp connection.
  
• Bitrix24 with CRM. Installation requires a Bitrix24 administrator.
  
• To send approved official templates, a WhatsApp Business Platform connection is required. Free text messages follow the WhatsApp rules for the customer service window.
  
• The app does not display the WhatsApp message history inside Bitrix24. The conversation is opened in PHP CORTEX through the CRM widget button.
