How it works

Install the app from Bitrix24 Marketplace and open it from your installed apps list; only a Bitrix24 account administrator or an extranet user with admin permissions can use it. Sign in to Trello, provide  the API key and access token, and set preferences such as the Bitrix24 department and whether to include archived items; migration can start only after all Trello users are bound to Bitrix24 users or an  import email is specified. Start migration and track its stages; the process cannot be paused or stopped until completion. If errors occur, a CSV report is provided after migration, and Bitrix24 sends a  completion notification. Before restarting, delete imported data to avoid duplicates; cards from inactive boards are not distributed within Bitrix24 Kanban. It is recommended to run the migration on a test  account first.

FAQ

• We want to include archived Trello items. Is that possible?
  

Yes. Enable the option to import archived items before starting migration.

• We need to map Trello users to Bitrix24 users. How do we do it?
  

Use the user binding column for existing Bitrix24 users or specify an import email for new users; migration cannot start until all users are mapped.

• Can we pause the migration or rerun it safely?
  

No. Migration cannot be paused or stopped; to rerun, delete the imported data first to avoid duplicates.

• We are worried about errors. How can we check them?
  

Run a test migration and review the CSV error report provided after completion.
