GPT o3-mini

This guide provides step-by-step instructions to configure "LINXYS GPT o3-mini" as the AI provider for your Bitrix24. LINXYS GPT o3-mini powers CoPilot features such as text generation, chat assistance, and CRM automation across various placements like Feed, Tasks, Chats, and Websites. Follow these steps to set it up.

• You must have administrative access to your Bitrix24 instance.

• Ensure your Bitrix24 plan supports AI features (check your subscription details).

• LINXYS GPT o3-mini must be available in your Bitrix24 instance (it appears in the provider dropdowns as per the CoPilot settings).

• Access your Bitrix24 instance using your administrator credentials.

• Locate the settings menu:
  → From the main menu, select Settings.

Note: Only administrators can access the Settings section. If you don’t see this option, contact your account admin.

• In the Settings menu, find and select the CoPilot preferences section.

• This area allows you to configure AI providers for different CoPilot placements such as:

  • Text

  • Images

  • CRM

  • Chats

  • Websites

  • Flows

In the CoPilot preferences, you’ll see sections for different placements. Configure "LINXYS GPT o3-mini" for the desired features:

• Text
  → Under the "Text" section, locate the "Text generator" dropdown. Select LINXYS GPT o3-mini.
  → This enables text generation in:

  • Feed

  • Tasks

  • Email

  • CRM

  • Calendar

  • Product details
    → Optionally, toggle "Apply selection to all users" to enforce this choice account-wide.

• Chats
  → In the "Chats" section, find the "AI provider for use in the chat" dropdown.
  → Choose LINXYS GPT o3-mini to power the "Chat with CoPilot" feature.

• Websites
  → In the "Websites" section, set:

  • "Text generator" (for websites and blocks) to LINXYS GPT o3-mini

  • "Text generator" (for existing blocks) to LINXYS GPT o3-mini

• Flows
  → In the "Flows" section, set the "Flow recommendation provider" to LINXYS GPT o3-mini
  → (for task analysis and recommendations)

• CRM
  → In the "CRM" section, configure:

  • "Field completion and summary provider" to LINXYS GPT o3-mini (for call summaries and CRM field autofill)

  • "Phone call assessment provider" to LINXYS GPT o3-mini (for call analysis)

Warning: Changing the AI provider may affect existing AI-driven workflows. Test LINXYS GPT o3-mini in a non-critical environment first to ensure compatibility.

• For each placement, toggle the switches (e.g., "Feed," "Tasks," "Chat with CoPilot") to "on" if they aren’t already enabled.

• This ensures LINXYS GPT o3-mini is active for those features.

• Scroll to the bottom of the CoPilot preferences page.

• Click the Save button in the button panel.

• Bitrix24 will apply LINXYS GPT o3-mini to the selected placements.

Verify the new AI provider is working across placements:

• Text: Create a Feed post or Task description and use CoPilot to generate text.

• Chats: Start a chat with CoPilot and ask for ideas.

• Websites: Edit a site block or create a new website with CoPilot.

• Flows: Check flow recommendations in the Tasks section.

• CRM: Test call summaries or field autofill after a phone call.

Note: If results don’t meet expectations, ensure LINXYS GPT o3-mini is correctly selected and active in the settings.

• Return to the CoPilot preferences to:
  → Toggle specific features on/off for employees
  → Apply the provider selection to all users

• Ensure compliance with your company policies.

• LINXYS GPT o3-mini not visible:
  → Your Bitrix24 plan or region may not support this provider. Contact LINXYS support to confirm availability.

• Features not working:
  → Verify that the feature switches are enabled and LINXYS GPT o3-mini is selected in the relevant dropdowns.

• Unexpected results:
  → Test with different prompts, as LINXYS GPT o3-mini may perform differently than other providers like ChatGPT.
