The Workflow Manager app is designed for Bitrix24 CRM administrators to gain full control over workflows and automation processes. With a clear two-table layout, the app displays all workflow templates for the selected CRM entity (such as Leads or Deals) alongside the running instances of those workflows.
This powerful tool enables admins to:

This app works on the Bitrix24 paid plan that has Business Process enabled. It operates entirely within Bitrix24 and does not send any data to third-party services. The app is completely free to use, with no limitations on the number of forms or submissions processed. After installation, a new "OIA Workflow Manager" menu item is added for quick access.
