Installation steps
- Create zalo app and linked a Zalo OA
- Verify Domain, download File Prefix
- Active webhook events
- Active Official Account Callback Url
- Go to Contact Center menu and click to [Mstarcorp] Zalo OA
- Enter your Zalo OA App ID, App Secret Key and upload URL Prefix File
- Verify URL Prefix by copy URL Prefix
- Copy "Official Account Callback Url" and "Webhook URL" to the Zalo app
- Send request permission Zalo
