TLJ Meet

This application removes the back-and-forth between your CRM and your calendar: the meeting is born inside the card, and everything that happened in it comes back to the card with nobody typing a thing.

SCHEDULE FROM WHERE YOU ALREADY ARE

- Booking field on the card — just like a resource booking: pick the owner, the date and click a free slot read from their Google Calendar. Available on Deals, Leads and Smart Processes.
- Button and tab on the card, for when you want the full screen with the attendee list.
- Automation robot, to create the meeting automatically when a deal reaches a stage.
- Inside Chat: a button in the message bar creates the room instantly and posts the link in the conversation; the side panel lists that chat's meetings; and the /meet command schedules by text (/meet creates one now for 60 minutes, /meet 20:30 30 schedules it for 8:30 PM for 30 minutes).

THE INVITE GOES OUT READY

The contact linked to the card is invited automatically. You can add portal teammates and external emails. The event lands on the host's Google Calendar with reminders, and rescheduling or cancelling happens from the card itself — the event and the guests are upd ated along with it.

RECORDING STARTS BY ITSELF

Turn it on once in the settings and every meeting the application creates is already se t to record — nobody has to remember to click "Record". Transcript and Gemini notes can be switched on too. (Requires Google Workspace with the feature available: recording from Business Standard up; Gemini notes with the Gemini add-on.)

WHAT HAPPENED GOES BACK TO THE CRM

When the meeting ends, the application writes to the card: real duration, who actually attended, the recording link and the transcript text. A summary is posted to the deal timeline. If the meeting produced more than one recording, the longest goes into the field and the others are listed in the comment with their duration and start time — nothing gets lost.

TRACKING PIPELINE

An optional Smart Process follows each meeting through the stages Scheduled → Meeting TODAY → Reschedule → Completed / Lost, moved automatically by the application. Each reschedule becomes a new card, so you can see how many attempts it took for the meeting to actually happen. Already have a meetings pipeline? The application adopts yours without changing its layout or names.

PORTUGUESE AND ENGLISH

The interface follows the portal language and each person can switch it inside the application. The CRM fields it creates carry both languages in the same field, so mixed teams each see their own.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Every user connects their own Google account through OAuth — the application never asks for your password. Meetings are created in the account of whoever schedules them, and recordings stay in your company's Google Drive: the application only keeps the link. Traffic encrypted with TLS 1.2+, tokens encrypted at rest and never exposed to the browser. Use of Google APIs follows the Limited Use policy, and the application is verified by Google.
