ARES

ARES light connects Bitrix24 CRM companies to the official Czech Register of Economic Entities (ARES, Ministry of Finance). Fill company cards from a public registry — no external subscription.

WHAT YOU GET
• Company ID (IČO) widget on the company form — enter 8 digits and sync from ARES
• Name suggester — search by company name or partial ID, pick a match, auto-fill
• Company detail tab — preview and update from ARES inside the card
• List toolbar — search ARES while browsing companies; create or update records
• Requisite sync — maps ARES fields into the company requisite template (legal form, NACE, seat address, court file, and more)
• Timeline log after each sync; optional debug report for administrators

DATA WRITTEN TO CRM
Company ID, VAT ID, ARES title, last sync time, optional company title overwrite, requisite fields, legal/delivery addresses when available.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bitrix24 CRM (Companies), cloud or on-premise with REST API
• Czech companies only (ARES registry)
• Portal administrator required for first install (custom fields and widgets)
• Regular CRM users can sync if they have sufficient CRM permissions

LIMITATIONS
• Read-only public ARES API — Czech economic subjects only
• Uninstall removes the app and placements; custom fields and synced CRM data remain (remove manually in CRM settings if needed)
