Installation
After installing the app, you can create your 15-day free trial account.
Click to activate trial account or create a new connection (if you already have another active connection).
After the trial period, if you wish to keep your connection active or create new connections, you will need to link your Fale Facil account or create a new account.
Choose the connection type: WhatsApp via QR Code or Official API (payment for sent messages will be made directly to Meta).
Connect your number and link it to your open channel.
Start using it through the app tab in the CRM entities or using the message feature in the card.
Configure the agents and rules for conversations initiated by your customer directly in the open channels.
If desired, enable integration with Open.ai for audio transcriptions and AI assistance for your team directly in the conversation panel.

Sem dúvida, é o melhor app de WhatsApp integrado ao Bitrix.
Já utilizei 4 aplicativos diferentes e esse é, disparado, o melhor. Ele tem tudo o que os outros oferecem e ainda entrega recursos adicionais, cobrando menos da metade do preço.
Possui inteligência artificial integrada, transcrição de áudio dos clientes, resumo automático de chats por IA, além de várias outras funcionalidades que realmente fazem diferença no dia a dia.
O suporte da Fale Fácil também é excelente. Hoje praticamente utilizo eles para tudo: sistema de telefonia, bot, chat, entre outros serviços.
Além disso, são um dos melhores parceiros que já vi atuando junto ao Bitrix.
