How it works

Install the app from Bitrix24.Market, generate a Jotform API key with Full Access, and save it in the app settings to load your forms. Open a form, map fields (including custom fields and files), and enable  sync; custom fields are created after saving. File uploads create an Upload File custom field and are stored as links. HIPAA‑compliant Jotform forms are not supported. The app works with Bitrix24 commercial  plans only; free users can test during the trial and then upgrade.
