How it works

Install the app from Bitrix24.Market and authorize it by logging into QuickBooks as an administrator. Se t preferences for address mapping, payment systems, and contact/company detail templates, then launch  the initial synchronization; Bitrix24 sends a notification when the first data exchange is complete. The app works with Bitrix24 commercial plans only (free plan users can test during the trial and then  upgrade). If you authorize under a different QuickBooks company account, synchronization won’t work until you re‑configure the integration.

FAQ

• We need QuickBooks invoices created from CRM. Is that supported?
  

Yes. You can create a QuickBooks invoice from a Bitrix24 contact, company, or deal via the “Create invoice in QuickBooks” widget.

• We change company/contact details in either system. Will they stay in sync?
  

Yes. Changes in QuickBooks are synced to Bitrix24, and changes in Bitrix24 company and contact details are synced to QuickBooks.

• We want Bitrix24 to reflect QuickBooks payment status. How does it work?
  

When a QuickBooks invoice is marked Paid, the app updates the corresponding Bitrix24 invoice and notifies the responsible manager.
